It seems that it is only bad business to get caught engaging in environmentally poor practices. Its nice to see environmental activists making some differences in some situations such as in the circumstance with Delmas. However, what would be really nice is if companies didn't wait around for the environmentalists to find and call them out on poor environmental business practices. Wouldn't it be great if corporations implemented "new sourcing policies requiring full traceability and transparency" because it was the right thing to do rather than because they got caught doing something environmentally deplorable?
